Delete your Auraly account

This page explains how to delete your Auraly account and the data associated with it.

Delete in the app (instant)

Open the Auraly app.
Go to the My page (profile) tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and Auraly data are removed right away.

Delete by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we'll delete it within 7 days:

What gets deleted

Your face scan photos and on-device landmark data.
Your glow scores, skin analysis, and 7-day plans.
Your daily check-ins and Auraly profile.

Face photos are stored for future scan comparison until you delete your Auraly account; deleting your account removes them immediately from Auraly storage.

What may be retained

We do not keep your scans or skin data after deletion. A minimal record of the deletion event, and any billing records required by law or by the app store that processed your purchase, may be retained only as long as legally required. Active subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google — cancel them in the App Store or Google Play to stop future charges.
