Make sure you have good lighting and your camera is enabled. Try again in a well-lit area. If the issue persists, email us.
Open the App Store or Google Play, go to Subscriptions, find Auraly, and select Cancel. Your access will end at the end of the current billing cycle.
Try restarting your device, updating the app to the latest version, or clearing the app cache. If the problem continues, email us with details about your device and iOS/Android version.
Subscriptions do not include refunds for partial periods, except where required by law. If you have a legitimate complaint, please reach out to support.
